Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Denis Mahoney as Special Advisor to the Clerk of the Executive Council, in the Office of

the Executive Council, effective February 17-28,2025, at his current salary and point

scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general

salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with benefits to include

payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
