Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the authority of the Department of Environment and Conservation to pre-commit funding of $198,400 against its budgetary appropriation in each of fiscal years 2015-16 and 2016-17, respecting a contract with Aivek-Stantec Limited Partnership to provide environmental consulting services associated with site remediation at the former United States of America military facility at Hopedale, Labrador.
