Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the authority of the Department of Justice and Public Safety to pre-commit funds in the amount of $325,000, against its budgetary appropriations for the 2015-16 fiscal year, respecting the Biology Casework Analysis Agreement.
