Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Paul Carter as
Assistant Deputy Minister, Mining and Mineral Development, in the Department of
Industry, Energy and Technology, effective March 3,2025, with remuneration at step
25 on the 1510 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step
progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
