Public Utilities Act
Under the authority of subsection 15(4) of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council hereby approves the budget of the Board of Commissioners of
Public Utilities for fiscal year 2025-26, substantially along the lines as on file with
the Clerk of the Executive Council.
