Income Tax Act, 2000
Under the authority of section 68 of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations titled “All-Spend Film and Video
Production Tax Credit Regulations (Amendment), a copy of which is on file with the
Clerk of the Executive Council.
