Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour

the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,

appoint Andrew K. Parsons, K.C. as Attorney General, on an acting basis, with

effect from March 11, 2025, in addition to his duties as Minister of Industry, Energy
