Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Lisa Dempster as Government House Leader, with effect from March 11,
2025, in addition to her duties as Minister of Environment and Climate Change;
Minister of Labrador Affairs; and Minister Responsible for WorkplaceNL.
