Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint John Haggie as Deputy Government House Leader and Minister of Health
and Community Services, on an acting basis, with effect from March 11, 2025, in
addition to his duties as Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs and Registrar
General.
