Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Fiona Ellis as

Assistant Deputy Minister, Labour, in the Department of Environment and Climate

Change, on an acting basis, effective March 24, 2025, with salary at Step 19 of the

1450 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
