Under the authority of OC2011-130 and subsection 175(3) of the Corporations Act, and

in accordance with paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Govenor in Council is pleased to appoint and reappoint the following

individuals to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Sports Centre

Inc., effectively immediately, for a three-year term:

Reappointments:

a) Tom Godden, Community Representative, as Chairperson;

b) Dr. Noel Browne, Swilers Rugby Club Representative;

c) Dennis Clarke, Swilers Rugby Club Representative;

d) Tanya Haywood, City of St. John’s Representative;

e) Andrew Bruce, Community Representative;

f) Roger Head, Community Representative;

g) Winston Jenkins, Community Representative;

h) Sheena McCrate, Community Representative;

i) Colin Sullivan, Community Representative;

j) Deputy Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation (or designate);

Appointments:

k) Tom Davis, City of St. John’s Representative;

l) Aaron Flood, Sport NL Representative (baseball); and

m) Blair White, Sport NL Representative (basketball).
