Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Candice Ennis-Williams as Deputy Minister of the Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs,

on an acting basis, effective immediately, at her current salary and point scale on the

Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary

increases applicable to Executive to apply.
