Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act
Under the authority of subsection 24(2) of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador
Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to approve the reappointment of Scott Tessier
Chief Executive Officer of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore
Petroleum Board, as recommended by the Board, effective April 13, 2025.
