Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to authorize a remission of outstanding Health and

Post-Secondary Education taxes, interest and penalties, in the amount of $170,185.13,

subject to adjustments for additional accrued interest, payable to the Crown and

assessed for tax years 2018 to 2022, to St. Bonaventure’s College Inc.
