Public Procurement Regulations
Under the authority of subsection 20(1) of the Public Procurement Regulations,
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Health and
Community Services to adopt an alternative procurement process through the
Specialized and Emergency Acquisitions Sector administered by Public
Services and Procurement Canada for the provision of drugs and vaccines.
