Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of

Health and Community Services to pre-commit the following tax exempt

amounts against its budgetary appropriations: $96,929.13 in fiscal year 2025-

26, $98,867.71 in 2026-27, $100,845.06 in 2027-28, and $102,861.96 in 2028-

29, to facilitate an agreement with Public Services and Procurement Canada for

the procurement of drugs and vaccines.
