Under the authority of section 19 of the Endangered Species Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased for the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture

to issue an Economic Activity Permit for the Lower Cove Quarry Extension project

to Cemex Materials Newfoundland Inc., as successor company of Atlantic Minerals

Ltd, which permit shall be reviewed by the Minister at five-year intervals from the

date of signature.
