Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of paragraph 7(1 )(c) and subsections 7(2) and 7(3) of the

Innovation and Business Investment Corporation Act and in accordance with section

4 and paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint and reappoint the following

persons to the Board of Directors of the Innovation and Business Investment

Corporation, for three-year terms, effective from a current date:

Appointments:

a) Ann Blackmore,

b) Andrea King,

c) Michelle Simms,

d) Jeremy Whittle,

Reappointments:

e) Mark Dobbin as Chairperson,

f) Mandy Woodland as Vice-Chairperson, and

g) Peggy Bartlett.
