Hydro Corporation Act
Under the authority of sections 15,16(3) and 18 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2024
and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments
Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint
Jennifer Williams as a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the
Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, effective January 1, 2025,
in accordance with terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive
Council.
