Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dan Brake as
Special Advisor to the Deputy Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, within the
Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat, Office of the Executive Council, effective May
5,2025, with salary at Step 25 of the 1500 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation
Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
