Under the authority of section 5 of the Public Service Commission Act, and in

accordance with section 5 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Krista Quinlan as Member and

Chairperson of the Public Service Commission, effective May 3, 2025, at her current

salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increase applicable to Executive to apply.
