Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sean Dutton as

Deputy Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, on an acting basis, in addition

to his duties as Deputy Minister of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland

and Labrador and Acting Chief Procurement Officer of the Public Procurement

Agency, effective May 5, 2025, with no change in salary as a result of this additional
