Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Stephen Power
as Assistant Deputy Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, Air and Marine
Services, on an acting basis, effective May 5,2025, with salary at Step 14 of the 1500
Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and
general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
