Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Steve Crocker as Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology, on an acting
basis, with effect from May 2,2025, in addition to his duties as Minister of Tourism,
Culture, Arts and Recreation.
