Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crovm, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Patricia Hearn
as Clerk of the Executive Council and Secretary to Cabinet, on an acting basis, in
addition to her duties as Deputy Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, effective May
9,2025, with salary at Step 25 of the 2676 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation
Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
Executive to apply. (revoked by OC2025-139)
