Orders in Council Database

Approval was given for the issuance of an Order in Council, under the authority of

section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant

Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint

Elvis Loveless as Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure; and Minister Responsible

for the Public Procurement Agency, with effect from May 9,2025.
