Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Sarah L. Stoodley as Minister of Government Modernization and Service
Delivery; Minister Responsible for the Office of the Chief Information Officer; and
Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs, with effect from May 9, 2025.
