Orders in Council Database

Approval was given for the issuance of an Order in Council, under the authority of

section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant

Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint

John Gerard Abbott as Minister of Seniors; and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and

Labrador Housing Corporation, with effect from May 9, 2025. (Revoked by OC2025-228)
