Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Krista Lynn Howell as Minister of Health and Community Services;
Minister Responsible for Mental Health and Addictions; and Minister Responsible for
Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services, with effect from May 9, 2025.
