Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Sherry Gambin-Walsh as Minister Responsible for Women and Gender
Equality, with effect from May 9, 2025.
