Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief
Information Officer to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations an amount up
to $755,000 for each of the fiscal years 2026-27 and 2027-28, to facilitate an
Enterprise Agreement with Esri Canada Limited for Geographical Information
System software.
