Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the authority of the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds, up to $500,000 annually, against its budgetary appropriations for the 2015-16 fiscal year and a portion of the 2016-17 fiscal year, up to August 31, 2016, respecting the Electronic Warfare Associates – Canada Limited Agreement.
