Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to pre-commit funding up to the amount of $992,600 against its 2015-2016 budgetary appropriations as follows:
a) $453,600 to facilitate the award of a contract to LSG Construction Limited for a roofing replacement at Woodland Primary, in Grand Falls-Windsor; and
b) $539,000 to facilitate the award of a contract to Tech Construction (2012) Ltd. for a building envelope upgrade at LeGallais Memorial, in Isle aux Morts.
