Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to pre-commit funding up to the amount of $432,900 against its 2015-2016 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to J & T Construction Limited for the replacement of windows at St. John Bosco School.
