Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to pre-commit funding up to the amount of $97,800 against its 2015-2016 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Gander Electrical & Mechanical  Limited for an electrical upgrade at Fitzgerald Academy, in English Harbour West.
