Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and
Infrastructure to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations the amount of
$14,612,049 in 2026-27, excluding HST, to facilitate the award of a contract to J.MJ.
Holdings Ltd. for the redevelopment of the Martin Gallant Building in Stephenville
Crossing.
