Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Denis Mahoney K.C. as Clerk of the Executive Council and Secretary to Cabinet, effective

May 16, 2025, with salary at Step 25 of the 2676 Point Scale of the Executive

Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases

applicable to Executive to apply, and with benefits to include payment of annual

practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. (Revoked by OC2025-340)
