Under the authority of subsections 6(3) and 6(4) and section 7 of the Independent

Appointments Commission Act, and on resolution of the House of Assembly, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to

the Independent Appointments Commission, each for a three-year term:

a) Karen M. McCarthy, as Chairperson, effective May 22, 2025;

b) William D. Mahoney, effective May 25, 2025;

c) Brendan Mitchell, effective May 25, 2025;

d) Jamie Schwartz, effective May 25, 2025;

Appointments:

e) Rex A. Goudie, effective June 25, 2025,2025;

f) Nancy Healey, effective June 25,2025; and

g) Karen Skinner, effective May 22,2025..
