Under the authority of subsections 5.5(1) and 6(1) of the Elections Act, 1991 and on

the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to extend the appointment of

Travis Wooley as acting Chief Electoral Officer, with salary at the appropriate step on the

EP-06 pay scale and with normal step progressions and general salary increases to

apply, effective at the conclusion of the Winter-Spring 2025 sitting of the House of

Assembly.
