Under the authority of subsections 34(8) and 34(11) of the House of Assembly Act

and on the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to extend the appointment of

Ann Chafe as acting Commissioner for Legislative Standards, with salary at the

appropriate step on the EP-06 pay scale and with normal step progressions and

general salary increases to apply, effective at the conclusion of the Winter-Spring

2025 sitting of the House of Assembly.
