Under the authority of sections 12 and 14 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act

and in accordance with paragraph 21(2)(a) and section 22 of the Public Service

Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following

reappointment and appointments to the Occupational Health and Safety Advisory

Council, each for a three-year term, effective from a current date:

Appointments:

a) Tracy Allen, as a Management Representative;

b) Rovshen Baymyradov, as a Labour Representative;

c) Roger Duffy, as a Labour Representative;

d) Kayla Stokes, as a Labour Representative; and

Reappointment:

e) Rayna Luther, as a Management Representative.
