Under the authority of subsection 38(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is hereby approves the creation of a sinking fund for

the Debenture of Series 7S, maturing June 2,2035, by payment annually on or before

December 2 in each of the years 2025 to 2034, inclusive, out of the Consolidated

Revenue Fund of an amount not less than one and one-half percent (1.50%) of the

aggregate principal amount of Debentures of Series 7S outstanding on the date

thereof.
