Under the authority of section 12 of the Pippy Park Commission Act and paragraph

9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Goveronor in Council to appoint Patti Hurley, as Executive Director to the C.A.

Pippy Park Commission, on an acting basis, effective July 7, 2025, with salary at an

appropriate step on the 752 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with

normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to

apply.
