Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act,
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of
Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit against its budgetary
appropriations $17,000,000 in fiscal year 2026-27 and $13,373,536 in fiscal
year 2027-28, both excluding HST, to facilitate the award of a contract to
J.M.J. Holdings Ltd. for the construction of a new school in
Cartwright.
