Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to create the

Department of Government Modernization and Service Delivery, effective May 9,

2025, to include all of those functions formerly within the Department of Digital

Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador, with two branches as follows:

a) Digital Government and Services, and

b) Regulatory Affairs.
