Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

restructure the Office of the Executive Council, effective May 9, 2025, to consist of

all those functions formerly within the Office of the Executive Council with the

exception of all of those public engagement functions related to the Communications

and Public Engagement Branch, as follows:

a) Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Office;

b) Cabinet Secretariat;

c) Communications Branch;

d) Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat;

e) Office of the Chief Information Officer, with four branches as follows:

     i) Cyber Security Office;

     ii) Design and Delivery;

     iii) Infrastructure and Security; and

     iv) Planning and Transformation;

f) Office of Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation;

g) Office of the Premier;

h) Office of Women and Gender Equality; and

i) Treasury Board Secretariat.
