Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation

and Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary

appropriations: $2,220,487 in fiscal year 2026-27 and $571,078 in fiscal year

2027-28, excluding HST, to facilitate the award of contracts for alternate school

transportation services to Bursey’s Taxi Inc.; R. Hayes Bus and Charter Services

Incorporated; Dave Gulliver’s Cabs Limited; Hudsons Bus Service Limited;

Marg Granville; Executive Taxi Services Ltd.; Coish’s Trucking and Excavating

Limited; A. Bursey and Son; TMN Busing Limited; Gateway Buslines Ltd; and

Red & Yellow Cabs Ltd..
