Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of
Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit up to $16,553,468, excluding HST,
against its budgetary appropriations in fiscal year 2025-26 to facilitate a contract with
De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited for the repair of a damaged CL-415 water
bomber aircraft.
