Under the authority of subsection 15(4) of the Public Procurement Act, section 9 of

the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Sean Dutton as Chief

Procurement Officer, on an acting basis, in addition to his duties as Deputy Minister

of Transportation and Infrastructure, effective July 15,2025, at his current salary and

Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and

general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2025-239)
