Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 7 of the Housing Corporation Act and in accordance
with 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tracy King as Chief Executive Officer of
the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, on an acting basis, effective
July 15, 2025, in addition to her duties as Deputy Minister of Families and
Affordability, with no change in salary because of this additional assignment.
